Been stuck on this one for about 6 months now, just came back to it after a while. Seem to have the same problem a lot of others have, unsure what to do in gimp. Can i pm anyone?

Anyone online? I read the mails, but that's it. I'm not sure what to do from this point. I tried seeing all pictures but I don't see any differences. Am I missing something here?
