This level sure does exist! Not sure what else to say about it!

EDIT: After receiving much help, I finally did it. It's kind of a bullshit level. It doesn't make sense to me, and it doesn't even feel logical.

I've recently got back into notpron with a friend of mine after having trouble with a certain level over a year ago. Since then, we have fortunately been able to progress, that is up until Level MINUS 29, which is the topic of this thread. My friend and I have come up with a vague path to follow which we think could lead us to the correct solution, but as of now we haven't been able to complete that path. I was wondering if I would be able to PM anyone who has experience with this level to see whether or not my friend and I are on the right track and to give us a small amount of guidance, if you'd all be so kind.
