Here, you need to use google. Google every text you can find on the page, and it will result in two words. Use them and you should get two words.

Try to put the level 4 answer again , if the "unauthorized" still appers, clear your browser cache and saved passwords. This should work.

I was able to pass Level 4 with Microsoft Edge, but when I arrived at Level 5 it said:
Warning: It seems you are using the Edge browser. This browser does not show password hints, which notpron depends on. We recommend using Firefox. You will not be able to solve some levels otherwise.
It didn't give me this notice on the previous level, and now I cannot find the thing to prompt the user/pass. My computer can't work with Firefox, so is Edge viable or not, and if it is, can someone kindly hint me as to where it is?

I just checked a few levels and the login hints were there. Keep an eye out, make sure you see them on all login boxes.
