Level 8 password error

I'm at level 8 and idk why but, when i try to put the username and password, the level just reject.
I did everything, found the *bleep but when i try, something goes wrong.
I need help, i don't want to skip level 9 or quit the game, but with that situation, i have no choices.

Solve the previous password level again.
