THIS WAS SO FRUSTRATING. TOOK ME A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET IT. HOWEVER: SOME OF THE INFORMATION I NEEDED WAS SERVED TO ME ON A PLATE AS I AM A EUROPEAN CITIZEN.

While searching google for some kind of clue, I stumbled onto a site where the guy gave a clue that an 8-year old could figure out. So I tried it and it seems to work (I've been tricked before). For the life of me, I can't figure out what it has to do with the map and the *bleep. I would like to know how the puzzle relates to the answer; I just don't see it.
