I agree with fro. There needs to be a little more friction when the ball is rolling on the ground. Sometimes, when it rolls at high speed, it even seems that it 'll never slow down. Try catching that sucker then!
Apart from all, it's been a long time since I played DB (version 2.1 I think?), but like Ghost and Noko, this new version seems fresh to me as well. GG.
The bots aren't perfect yet (why suddenly run in another direction, the *instant* I pass the ball??), but it sure is challenging to play offline (there don't seem to be much public servers anymore, these days).

you are used to an upright cylinder that doesn't roll at all etc...
=> we are used to major bullshit
this is a forcefield rolling on concrete (or so)....there is no need for big friction
if its running away from you, then its running away from you. if it didn't, the attacker would start moaning that it makes no sense.
it's doing good now, except for the casual lags
