I don't know if you have to die. That depends on the amount of energy set free when I do it. And it's only the amount of energy needed that will kill me, nothing else. Well ... another paradox is, we don't have anymore time ... *concentrates on freezing a certain point in time and reducing it to a tiny shiny jewel that appears somewhere on the island*
