I know it's probably not that interesting to anyone but me, but here's my holiday snaps:Ecuador

1) Yes, I know I look rough in all the pics of me
2) these were taken with really crap cameras, sorry
3) No zoom in any of them, so you can really tell how un-shy the animals on the galapagos are, especially if you cmpare with the pics from the amazon basin

That one's actually on mainland Ecuador near Mitad del Mundo (the monument on the equator. It's Pululahua volcanic crater (4km across, and the 'hill' you can see behind us is the cone of the mountain that landed in the middle of the crater after the volcano exploded

) and we're standing next to a 300m sheer drop. Not sure if you can tell how tightly we're hanging onto the side...

White Cat:
Princess: 16 year old female feline who was appropriatly named.

Black Cat:
Cassandra (Cass for short): 10 year old cat that I raised after her mom threw her out of the bed just after birth due to an infection
