That's what I saw when I looked out of my window before I moved:

(edit: This is Kerken, but nobody knows where it is - it's too small.)

Yar you live on this leet touristy-island innit Springer?
Read it on the notpr0n fora anyway ;)

Anyway, this is what you will most likely see when you search for my hometown 'Oudenbosch':

http://www.factual.nl/fotos/oudenbosch.jpg (consider clicking it)
It's a copy of two basilica major in Rome (St. Peter and some other one)

I live literally a few meters away from there ;p (2 blocks away)

edit: lol, found an english article on it:
http://www2.rnw.nl/rnw/en/features/dutc ... w=Standard

It sucks though /o\ I look at a major sign of decadency from my bedroom window. I'd curse it if I could be arsed ;)

Just an idea (sorry for posting again, but there's no other way to attach stuff)

Use google earth links!

For those who have google earth, import the .kmz contained in the .rar and it will point you to my house :)

ps: http://earth.google.com has semi-up-to-date-satellite pictures of the world \o/ up to pretty awesome detail. Found my gf's swimming pool :)

I tried to avoid showing pics of the local churches, cathedrals etc or whatever
I wanna see what the city looks like, not one building that every city has anyway \o/

Well obviously - especially with most small towns etc. - the only pictures readily available on the net (that is - before I get my digital camera out ;p) will be those of churches, old pubs, all pittoresque bullshit ;p

I took my picture with my own digital camera :)

(I just don't know where it is since I moved, so there won't be a pic of the view out of my window here yet)
