I admit the time may be difficult. But can anyone tell me the day to start?

bonus to ladytango. I was too lazy to check the exact date (to be honest if this had actually happened I wouldn't have been able to deduce it anyway)

so what time was it? do you know?

It's always Sunday in the morning, when 2 o'clock becomes 3 o'clock.

you've got the day and the time (and the exact date while we're at it.) so what time did his watch read? Figuring this out made my head hurt a little

I think I've got it, but am scared to check it, in case I get mixed up again.

The time is 2.00 am exactly LST which is 3.00 am LDT.

If the watch has been changed to LDT, it is 4h fast (shows
7 o'clock LDT)
If the watch is still on LST, it is 7h slow (shows 7 o'clock LST)
This only works if the watch is a 12-hour one.

what time did he have???

ANALOG TIME!!!

no seriously, you're right.

if his watch was four hours fast the time on his watch is past the jump which makes it 3+4 = 7

if it was slow it was before the jump which timewise makes it 2-7 = 7
