yes
I wanted to place a £20 bet on a football match. The odds were 2-1. A freind of mine offered to predict the score of the match before it started for £5. He assured me that his predictions have been 100% accurate for the past five matches. Do you think I should take him up on the offer?

And probability is speaking against him, too.

Yes, you should take him up on the offer. The score before the game begins is always 0-0. He has no excuse for not being 100% accurate.
