Me neither, plus what's the point? Calling it a diet only suggests it's going to end at some point.

I just wish i had more time for exercise

Anyway, I had rice with leftover hot and sour channa masala and a nice dollop of yoghurt.

Interestingly enough, a few weeks ago I was in New Orleans for a national youth leadership forum on medicine (staying 3 blocks from the infamous Bourbon Street ;) yeah, i really got a lot of education on the "medical field") and we kept having in room parties at the hotel, and one night, fattened up on wenys we snuck out to get and really thursty, me and 5 other people dove into a 24 pack of mt dew..... as it turns out drinking several mt dews is much like drinking an intoxicating quantity of alcohol, because everything that everyone said was so effin funny.. not that it was really funny, but just that when they said it you started uncontrollably laughing... so maybe mt dew is slightly alcoholic.... or maybe it contains crack.... like crispy cremes donuts... cause god knows them sumbiches are addictive.

as far as breakfast goes, when i wake up (1 pm or so) i usually have a mt dew, and whatever the hell i can find in the fridge (as long as its not green, since im not yet awake i have no idea what im eating, and green could = mold... or salad.... )
