Is it worth keeping the league going?

Post by Wibble »

With the death of eV, and effectively the alpha division, is there really any point in keeping the thing going at all. Its been running out of steam for a long time now, and I'm simply not prepared to spend all my time chasing teams to play their games.

Thoughts?

booo this is a real shame. What happened to the euros? they used to have at least double the amount of people the NA's had.

Will davidm stop working if the euro community is gone? :o

The response to the post is indeed rather underwhelming, leading me to beleive that there is probably little point in trying to keep things going

Well sorry, but if everyone wanted to go on and play, they would've answered this thread

Which is what Wib just said ;)

Another league bites the dust, DB just doesnt have the right people in its community, ie people who can go the distance and commit time to something.

Tells you everything, really.

indeed, i could count on 2 hands the people in the community who have stayed in a clan long enough to be worthy of being a team.

shame, had some good times

:( This encounter me very much. But there are only 3-5clans who could be availabe to play week to week, without the clan is diing. And to say that they cant die for sure is impossible, too.

the league had a nice start with wibbs efforts, shame that it went down all the way as the last league :(

personally i d like to see the league running on, but that doesn t count. U need teams to play in the league and that s a real problem atm. 4-5 clans can t build a league...
