It's still your bad to call what you described a noobshot

A noobshot was a shot where you could bounce the ball for a very short time, and you could volley straight after it, there was 0 delay time, it was insane.
So, in essence, what you described was a 'pro-shot'

ps: nameless, the reason why they still do it now in a rare situation such as that where shooting would be possible (and in theory create a bigger chance for a goal), is that so little people are used to shooting because the rare occassion of defenders missing (because they should always be there ffs), hence they just volley anyway because they're used to it and that they've done it so often, that it creates a bigger chance for them to score than trying their hand at a shot: a skill that's hardly still required it seems /o\
