2.3 Discussion?

DavidM...do you really think I don't know how to unzip a zip file with paths...after all these updates and betas? I been playing DB for almost 2 years now, and installed every update from 1.3 onwards from a zip file...this is the first 1 that hasn't worked 100%

Could it be cos I don't have the latest UT patch??

or do I need to delete ini's?

please don't tell me the only answer is a reinstall

I don't know whats wrong with all. I never had any trouble like this myself. And I keep saying kill your 2 old ini files.

I just keep guessing things, and often I'm right when I say that people have 2 deathball.u files on there system, and they try to play 2.3 with the 2.2 one because it's loading the other one first.......etc etc
Many variations. If you think you did all right, then it can only be the inis.

Bought some time before mX510, my Windows mouse speed is the highest.

In DB you can not set the mouse sense below 1.00

, in UT you can .
In UT I use 0.75, in DB i prefer the same
or rather 0.50, but you can not adjust
it in the GUI.

Well today I will try it directly in the ini.

This issue was also in 2.2.

maybe someone could fix it in future versions.?

ini works, I still have the tweak for my mouse sense, because I wanted lower before the patch came out that allowed lower than 1 from gui

Nah. If thats shev's opinion then let it be. We cant argue about that. I dont see the point in it because all that it brings is arguments etc. You cant win if you argue against the game. EVER
