suggestion to enhance teamwork
im not sure if it happens elsewhere in the world (us australians are pretty isolated :p ) but there is one thing i get fed up with. "n00b cannons". this is what we call it when someone just taps the ball infront of themselves and unleashed a full speed volley, very hard to save. this is very annoying, cos it is a lot easier to shoot like this because there is no overpowering or shaking.
i also am fed up with attackers always taking the solo route shooting at the back wall and volleying. no teamwork there.
so i will make a suggestion. maybe you should make it so volleys are weak if it was last shot by you. it would force players to pass more or set up volleys for each other more, and would stop the ever annoying n00b cannon.
*braces for flames from attackers* :p

have to say I am not a fan of this tap the shoot button and volley into the goal, i see it as an exploit, as it renders the use of powering up a shot and been hit whilst shaking useless.
What the point in shooting normally when you can skip all the power meter and risk of been hit and shaken, when u can just tap fire and volley at full speed into the corner of the goal.
seems to be coming increasingly more popular as of late.
As for volleying,i feel this is fine

Hmmmm....I don't think this is an "exploit" at all, anymore than a regular volley. I got stung a number of times by this kind of shot, but one quickly learns how to deal with it. Most of the time the ball will move in a straight line from it's brief resting place, so you just have to get in front of it. IMHO, regular shots (by a good shooter) and wall volleys are more difficult to defend than this kind of shot.
How about those good 'cross' volleys; the ones that a player volleys airbourne from a well placed cross like in soccer? Those are a bugger to stop.

the reason people do that is for 2 reasons...
#1 they are a cockey bastard and thing they can do everything by themselves
-or-
#2 they've never played with the other person and instead of givng them a chance to screw things up they do it themselves... i do it, many people do. In scrims or Matches when i'm with my offensive partners i usually dont because i know they wont screw it up.
