No, get the VGA Silencer. It's main benefit is that it ejects heat out of the back of your case through a spare PCI slot (you have one spare right?) thus producing lower case temps. It's a good idea, one that nVidia was stupidly ridiculed for. It also cools better and is quieter than the stock cooler.
re: Hyper6
Doesn't cool much better than a stock cooler? I've heard of people getting 10 degrees better than the Zalman and that isn't exactly a poor HSF. I agree on the size though, it's a rather insane cooling solution. I'd rather go water than use that thing.
Edit: arrgg too late. Ah well I'm sure that cooler will do an OK enough job. Good choices for the rest (apart from the LEDs). :p

fan cards kinds pointless...
the way you're suppost to ventalate your omp that would cause a rediculouse amount of turbulence.
1 intakes int he front and 2 exhausts at the top at the back would make that card either blow up into the gfx card (pointless) or would trap the airflow in the bottem of the case, in effect making it hotter.
You'll either need a fan on the side to exhaust the airflow off that card, or position the exhaust fans where the PCI slots are (which leads to other problems).
