If you ever write a paper in school, or for basically anything except personal usage, you HAVE (and I mean legally have) to cite sources. Leaving Rens in the cold, unless he makes an agreement with TV is illigal.

I honestly have never played Tennis nor DB at all before 2k4, but this is childish crap and TV can't just claim tennis, or anything really, not given to them without the authors concent. In Rens' case, if TV uses anything from tennis it has to be authorized by Rens. If they even take the game concept at all, it goes through Rens or it doesn't go. TV is stealing intellecutual property from it's rightful owner otherwise.

I don't care what happenes to Tennis, or any kind of dealings between TV and ens, I'm just saying David's little "lets just take Tennis and screw Rens" plan is a little more than immoral.

note: I'm not taking sides cause I honesly could care less. Don't take it the wrong way.

Dont forget if TV recode Tennis, as they already have the ball code and most of the basics needed for the game. It is theirs, rens did not invent the game Tennis and therefore cant lay any claim to it if they remake it.

Personally i would like to see Rens have some recongition for the game as he probably put alot of work into. But TV have the upper hand here.
