Cube map problem + db.u

No idea whats happend here, ok heres the story.

I been patching 2k4 since db betas were started and the other day downloaded the 2.0 big file and its 8meg patch. plays online fine.

shortly ago i as a friend to play db on his 2k4, so he downloaded the large file and its update "all you need"

somewhere cube seems to give us a mismatch error, because of this i deleted my deathball folder and reinstalled the "all you need" with its patch, we should bot have the same data.

now opon joining most of the pob servs including "where the n00bs meet" server it trys to redownload cube..slowly, also db version mismatching. this might be the other server i tried wasnt updated or something.

but i cant seem to play any games online now, any reasons?

Same problem here aswell...

I'll just disappear and play farcry instead...

unless MrM...has...a...solution...?

Did you download the other 2.0 patch required.
You need both the 43 mb (full) exe installed then you apply the 8 mb update. This should fix your problem, if it doesnt then try downloading the map even if it does take a long time.

337, yeah i had the patch, just redownloaded the exe and it all seemed to go smooth.
