for those who speak so much about atom bomb, im glad that happened. i know many innocent died...but japan were warned... they asked for it....

and the next is the reason y im glad....
as you well know germans were also trying to create the atom bomb. im SO glad americans did it first. imagine a sadistic racist fascist with a stupid moustache being able to operate those things.... maybe things would be a lot worse than what happened Hiroshima and Nagasaki....
the world is not a perfect place...unfortunately... these things happen....we cant deny some deaths are necessary....

Cenotaph are you a Christ?
nvm

Okay the atom bomb was planned for berlin, but in oct 1945 the war was over in europe so they threw the atom bombs on japan.
But do you are evil like your enemy if you do that what your enemy wanted to do? I think that's the same level of evil.

Japan refused to surrender
atomic bombs were dropped

conclusion: most countries in the modern civilization live in democracy, ppl have freedom and the right to speak freely...
if german and japan won the war, where would we stand now???
still living in dictatorship, risking to be killed just coz ur jewish, or coz u would say sumthing not very nice about the leaders....no thanks... im glad for how the war ended...

EDIT: i didnt see that movie
EDIT2: Christ???!!! :s

ok all i can add to this conversation is that i think its lame that bush won by the way he did, and altough i hate him i still believe him/his advisers made the right choice in going to war.

P.S. Blair is a cock and should climb out of Bush's ass

Right, it should make sense now?

Not hard to translate yourself right? ;p would be better then :)

And yes, I agree, altho I love the japanese in both their modern and classic culture, if they would have stayed in their traditional culture of harakiri (and other ways of honourable death, which by the way, weren't new at all :) Christians did it, radicals in Israel are doing it now, because of a promised world, happened in many civilisations before), and total isolation, who knows where we would have been today?

And the atom bombs are undeniably the main event which made (definitely forced) the Japanese into dropping this policy of isiolation (think of the Monroe doctrine pre-world wars, altho that hardly lasted long ;p but more extreme, they even killed people who drowned and flushed into the coast, for their honorouble death and to keep the western civilisation from poisoning the japanese traditions). I'm not saying Japan is so important to us, but they gave us so many great things \o/ Like Final Fantasy! :D

Cheap technology and the like..err..I love Nihongo \o/
