A UK television series. An excellent blend between sci-fi and comedy. :D

I like slamball.
On-topic always wins.

Anyway, plær, any chance that we can make a better use of the moves list as has already been put on film partially?

I mean an extended/complete list, implementation in the game ("Messy scores with a DavidM") and maybe a better movie that gives the moves names and shows more of them?

Would be great imo ;p contact me when you need help with that \o/

was just watching some slamball and got some ideas:

- I think it might be better if quad jump is taken out (double jump still in?) and the jump pad power increased this will make timing more important which is a major part of slamball.

- Add a jump pad under the basket like it is in slamball.

- Make a slam easier to do, have the rim do like 40 or 30 damage per second, so people cant sit on it (for too long) , but it won't kill someone who attempts a slam, and gives them time to get it right, maybe also make the rim a bit bigger.

- take out volley, they cant volley in slamball silly :)

- instead of a player dying when hit in opposing teams pzone, have the ballcarrier be the only one that can be hurt, and the damage be severe but not fatal at 100 hp, (maybe 80 dmg) and i dunno if this can be done, but have the ballcarrier also be hit away a little bit, or slow down in air.

Well that would be too easy imo. A dunk is 3Points.

Well, volleys in slamball are good looking and not too hard, above all you can make some nice'teamplayvolleygoals'

Just IMO

This isn't meant to be a completely accurate recreation of Slamball, I like it as it is now.

I think the map plays well how it is...But I would say that having tested it loads...I need to practice my long shots though...

Heh. I once demorecced this shot from the corner of the map into the basket \o/

Ok anyway..volleys are hard enough :) They shud definitely be left in :o

Slamming shouldn't be too easy imo :( I like slamball being a skilled game. (altho 2-pointers are very easy once you learn the trick, and 3 pointers without defence are easily done by setting up an easy self-volley)

Players shud definitely be insta-gibbed in the enemy p-zone, wud be too easy otherwise imo :o altho if the slow-down + knockback AND a shaky shot could be implemented..fine.

But still it shud be better to either have better timing and learn to evade and/or learn how to pass/assist to your teamies \o/

A jumppad underneath the basket wud suck..getting the ball is already hard for some people who get boosted up all the time by the pads ;) Also, what use would it be for you to get boosted against the bottom of the basket? O_o you can't get to the side of it fast enough with the current boosting speed of the pads/trampolines (which is high).

The only one of your ideas I would agree with Hoju, is the 1st one :) Double jump could be interesting and adds more skill \o/
