Would have liked to have had a 3d gorge, but it didnt work with online play, so this billboard will have to suffice (those who tested with me know what i mean).

The skulls, billboard are cool.
The map isn't centered.
One of the red pbox lines is not scaled right. Use the unlit flag instead of the special lights for lighting the red and blue lines.
add some cams.
I always thought side lines on a walled map look funny.
The soccer goal's net doesn't fit the theme.
I think the side billboards are too much and don't fit well.
The textures need work. - the wall texture is cool but not for the whole height of the wall. The floor doesn't fit the walls or theme.
I think the glass wall needs a frame to fit well. Maybe raise the window up above the goal along with the big skull. A goal in a rock wall maybe. The botton skulls behind grates in the wall maybe.
I think you need a backdrop for the skulls. Something so I can see the glass wall and that looks evil.
Good ideas - just keep it up the work to get a good looking map that fits the theme you started. Your ideas are there, the map just doesn't have the proper looks yet in my opinion. I look forward to seeing you work this map into a great one.

As far as touching up i know theres a lot left i can still do. I'll keep working on it. I kinda wanna keep the lines on the sides and the side billboards tho. We'll see how it goes.
