No league. Just people playing pickups on IRC (Quakenet, #deathball).

I have downloaded the second mappack and found there some maps with prefix TEN and DBW. What do I need to play them?

You can't.
They are from other playmodes we had integrated in Deathball about 7 years ago.

Anyway, you could install 1.9 and play them with that if you've got UT2003. Not really worth the effort with no one to play with though.

It's a shame Tennis got dropped really.
