Any map that uses celebration effects seems to have that problem, so it's a general issue with how those are triggered, not just Cube.

I've noticed a couple other times people being invisible in replays, I'm not sure if they were the first of the match though.

None really, but why bother, and anyways when is the guy in the air your only option? at the very least you can dump the ball back to your keeper (kills the attack but then if you allowed yourself to be put under that kind of pressure anyways why shouldn't the defense be rewarded?)

there is no lag, read the "known bugs" on the 1.9 page. Urm, regardless of the definition of lag, it's still a problem, and worth at least looking into the different viewpoints option.
