Do you seriously have to pay? I'm not cheating, and I'm disgusted with cheaters, but I really don't know if I would want to pay... How much would it be, and at what point would you be charged?

What is the youngest age anyone has beaten notpron at? Im 14 right now and I hope to beat it by the time I turn 15. Would that make me the youngest to finish? If not, then Im ok, but it would be cool. P.s. My friends are also doing it too and are ahead of me, but they have cheated on quite a few ...
