Too all complainers. Deflect will be toned down a bit, but its good that you can basically block all when you stand in front of someone. He just needs more room to pass now!
This is also helping the defense a lot, otherwise you could just use the new super shot to score score score.

One thing, Australia has 4 DB servers - OzForces and three GameArena ones.

Also, you can set voteable DB up easily with the inbuilt mapvoting system.

Well, Ozforces now mentions DBC in the MOTD, but we've got the 20th of June shown in it (for obvious reasons).

Well, as Panda probably knows, the Australian newbie event has moved to the 20th of June, but people are always welcome to join Ozforces - the ping will make it "exciting", at the very least.

The Australian DB server (provided by OzForces) should be available (as ever) for people. I'll try to get some people staffing it during the day. Homer has already talked to you about this, I believe.
