well.. let me think of something.. in every league there are spectators from the league staff who spectate the matches.. if there happens something they can pause the game or even cancel it.. if well get some people who spectate some/all games.. it wont be a problem to define if a team plays unfair ...

its all the time when the enemy volleyed the ball out.. and you volleyed it back and its getting in..

i like the option "no self volleys" but you should make volleys when the enemy made a mistake or not?
