hey pretty good idea what has to be done (or so i like to think), but cant seem to find a clear answer. Someone mind helping me out?

I already solved it with a bit of trial and error, not sure though it was the intended way to find it. But thank you nevetheless!

so I think i found what i had to find in the mp3, but im illiterate when it comes to music theory. Im really not sure what i am supposed to find in the mp3, that gives me an answer. Help is greatly appreciated
