Stuck - discovered a few messages but am unsure what they mean.

Super stuck, all I know is the language it is in

I can't make sense of any of the letters- pressing the tab key doesn't do much.

I've been stuck on this for a few days and I can't do crossviewing at all, I know what it is and have researched it many times. I need to get started somehow but I don't know what video anyones talking about and I'm utterly confused. Could I pm someone?

I'm a bit stuck. I know you have to use *bleep, and when looking through the source code, I see something however I can't find much to decode. So, I'm stuck. Any hints?
