ok i think i'm not being clear about what is happening. Maybe because of my bad english, let's try again: I'm typing the correct username and the correct password at both levels 4 and 72, but it says i'm supplying the wrong credentials, and it doesn't give me access to level 5 neither for level 72 ...

how am i going to solve it again if i cant even get past level 4 because of the password thing?
