this would have a bad spammy effect. 1.9 is a move towards defenders, lowering the latencies would just make it even easier for them. NA = pass and shooting, whereas

Euro = shot pass for volley....occasionally, you will see ppl shoot...

Seems that davidm changes stuff that majorly tends to the gameplay of the european way. Not like he has ever ventured outside his closed realm and played a different pickup on our servers.
