these are just rules that you dont need if both teams are sportsman enough to agree on a server which is good for both teams. in europe gameservers.net provides an equal ping for nearly everyone. so just play there instead of austria, ore some uk or some german server wich are really bad for players ...

like in every online game the two teams should try to find a server wich has equal conditions for everyone. its just a fairness point. and if theres a ping difference about +100 for one team its just nothing but geyh to insist on playing on the "home team" server.

if you can play a game rated in germany +18, you can hear trash talk too
