The way to install this utmod onto your linux servers, is to create the directorys and use the command ./ucc-bin umodunpack -x Deathball20beta.ut4mod -nohomedir or you could just copy this lot in a file and call it something like dbinstall.sh and make it executatable. #!/bin/bash exec mkdir ../Death...

Most DB installations have been like that. We use FreeBSD for the [1234] servers - we only have one installation of UT2004 (1 user name, 1 directory) but multiple server.ini files. All I did to install DB was to unzip it in the root ut2004 directory and add the paths to the server.ini by hand (a cus...

Clan [1234] Deathball 2.0 beta3 Server
[1234]'s UT2004 Deathball server (beta3) is up and running! ut2004://195.157.35.92:7777 Can't test it myself because I'm at work, so I'd appreciate if some people could test it out and give some feedback on settings etc. At the moment its a 10 player map vote server (plus 4 spec spaces and 2 reserve...

We could use the UT2vote mutator and only allow small cube if there are only x amount of players on the server. The only problem with that, is that we're using UT2Vote on our match server, and I can't see a way of separating the ../Systrem/UT2vote.ini from server to server (we use 1 install of UT200...

Ok, I think I know what we're gonna do with the servers. One of our default 2004 servers will be setup to run DB2004 with map voting (just the default maps for now...) The current DB-Cube server will remain open untill it stops being worth while keeping, it will then be moved over to either a DB2004...

What should [1234] do with their DB server?
At the moment we have 4 UT2004 servers and 1 UT2003 server. The UT2003 server is only still up and running because of DeathBall. The question I'm putting to you is... When DeathBall gets released for UT2004 (ie out of beta) what should we do with the UT2003 server thats is currently running DB-Cube?...

What you need is UT2Vote40 Voting/Admin Mutator Also noteworthy, when starting a voted gametype, UT2Vote will add the necessary serverpackage line into your [Engine.GameEngine] section. This makes hosting several different mods a breeze by not forcing any downloads on anyone unless a given mod is ac...

Re: So...So low
Other games didn't kill it, messed up leagues and bugs killed it, thats why I stopped.[1234]Jr wrote: I suck unless i have some leet team around me, as you will have seen in the early days of 123/4 we played great.. then other games killed it and people left, we never practiced and i just gave up my team spot
